Dawn of War: Winter Assault is an expansion pack to the original Dawn of War game. It is the first of 3 expansion packs, and is the only expansion pack that requires the original Dawn of War game to function. This expansion to the game contains 1 additional race - the Imperial Guard - and 2 additional campaign modes, following Order and Disorder. Although it requires Dawn of War to be installed to work, it does not need the disc to be played.
